How long does it take for items to be processed before being sent to USPS ?

My package says it was delivered but I never received it (lost/stolen packages).
Oh no! Once a package is in the mail carriers custody, lost items should be reported to the mail carrier. If they are unable to resolve the case of the missing package, please open a mail theft case with the postal carrier and local police. In some cases, I will am happy to offer a discount to replace items with proof that mail theft cases have been opened with the postal carrier and police.
My package was returned to The Goddess Shop due to Insufficient or incorrect address.
Items can be reshipped to the buyer but buyer will need to pay a reshipment fee. All address information is obtained directly from the form buyer fills out meaning all errors are due to incorrect information given. Seller is not responsible for these errors and will not offer a refund.
Can I change or alter my address after placing my order?
No, we are unable to change or alter an address after an order has been placed. If the item is returned back to us, you may pay for the item to be reshipped.
My package is delayed.
We can understand how frustrating it can be when your package is delayed at a USPS processing center. Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 and/or holiday seasons, some consumers are experiencing delayed packages.
We are happy to reach out to USPS on your behalf and ask that you do the same. You may do so with your tracking number (which has been automatically sent to the email or phone number given when you made your purchase). Please fill out a lost mail item via the USPS website. We are not responsible for lost/delayed packages. We do pay for insurance on all shipments so that if this occurs, you can open up a lost/stolen package.
